Dyslexia Awareness Workshops

Dyslexia Cornwall offers a workshop that aims to provide participants with:

• Knowledge and understanding of dyslexia
• Dyslexia friendly practice
• Understanding of the statutory responsibilities under the Equality Act 2010
• Empower individuals to give relevant advice and help to adults and young people affected by dyslexia.

A certificate of attendance is provided.

The workshops are delivered at a wide range of venues across Cornwall.

We can offer dyslexia awareness workshops to employers, educational and training establishments and other support organisations requiring a professional understanding of dyslexia.

The workshop takes up to 3 hours to complete.

Costs will vary on the needs of the individual or group.

Bespoke Workshops

Dyslexia Cornwall offers bespoke workshop packages based on the need needs of an individual or organisation.

In-depth workshops can be provided on dyslexia or other specific learning difficulties including:

• Specific Learning Difficulties
• Visual Stress
• Assistive Technology for People with Dyslexia
• Communicating with Parents of Dyslexic Children
• Working with Dyslexia in the Criminal Justice System
